What subjects do you offer?

We currently offer Maths and Science tuition from GCSE through to A-Level. All lessons are taught by qualified teachers with classroom experience.

How are lessons delivered?

All tuition is delivered online via our secure platform, TutorCruncher, which also provides video links, lesson reports, and payment processing.

How do I book lessons?

Once you get in touch, we’ll match your child with a suitable tutor. You’ll then receive an email invitation to join our online platform, where you can confirm your details and get started.

How does payment work?

Payments are collected securely by Direct Debit via GoCardless. You’ll receive an invoice after each lesson, and payments are handled automatically - no need to remember to transfer funds.

What if my child misses a lesson?

We ask for at least 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule without charge.

Are your tutors DBS checked?

Yes. All Silver Linings Tuition tutors hold an enhanced DBS check and have significant experience teaching in schools.

How soon can we start?

In most cases, we can start within a week of your enquiry, depending on tutor availability.
