1) Initial enquiry
Use our contact form to tell us about your child’s needs – subject, year group, and preferred tuition times. We’ll get in contact to understand your goals and explain how our tuition works.
2) Tutor matching
We’ll match your child with an experienced, fully qualified teacher. All tutors are subject specialists and have had enhanced DBS checks.
3) Getting set up
You’ll be invited to create a profile on our secure tuition platform. This is where you’ll receive lesson links, view tutor feedback, and make secure Direct Debit payments.
4) Online lessons
Tuition begins! Lessons run weekly via our video platform. Lessons are tailored to your child’s school curriculum and learning style.
5) Progress updates
After each lesson, you’ll receive a short written update from your child’s tutor. These updates let you see exactly what was covered and track your child’s progress over time.
6) Ongoing support
We stay in touch to make sure tuition is working for your child. Need to pause or add more sessions? We’re always here to help.
